    Made of a blend of Whole Grain Milling's sustainable stoneground white bakers flour, sustainable whole wheat flour, and whole rye, salt and water. The country loaf makes a hearty meal together with a soup on cold winter days, or simply toasted up with the spread of your choice.

    Net weight 850-900 grams. Sold as a loaf, not sliced.

      Made with a natual levain (flour and water) aka Sourdough starter, each bread goes through a 36 - 40 hour process before it reaches to your table. Slow fermentation allows the bread the opportunity to develop more flavour and nutrition from the simple ingredients of flour, water and salt. Free from all preversatives and additives.
