Soft and fluffy Japanese style souffle cheesecake. Literally melts in mouth when fresh, and become slighly more dense after being refrigerated.
You can choose from 3 different flavours (original/yuzu/matcha)
Custom made. Order needs to be in at least 3 days before pick up date. Pick up from Mount Evelyn only on Fridays or Saturdays.
