Join our sourdough bread making class in Melbourne. No prior baking experience required; you'll learn how to make delicious sourdough bread at home!
This comprehensive three hour workshop is designed to take you through all the steps from start to finish of preparing and baking a basic sourdough loaf at home. You will have hands-on experience of each step, and understand all the essential information, tips and tricks that you'll need to prepare and bake sourdough at home.
At the end of the workshop, you'll have a jar of live sourdough starter, a couple of doughs that we worked on in the workshop to take home to bake on the same day or next day, a print-out booklet with all the details to refer back to when you bake at home.
Small class max 10 per class. You'll get all the attention for hands-on instructions and ask all the questions you have!
Please note: For private sessions, you'll need to provide the space which has a kitchen with a standard oven, and a table for all the guests. Please get in touch to check availability before making a booking.

Refund: Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the class date. A $10 processing fee applies for all refunds.
