Sourdough Focaccia

These focaccia breads are made with sourdough starter which gives them a more chewy and crunchy texture. The dough goes through a long slow fermentation, decorated with toppings of the choice. Sprinkled with pink rock salt and drizzled generously with olive oil.

Please note, these are hand made and won't have the unified shape or thickness like machine made ones.

*Chimichurri contains: fresh parsley, fresh chilli, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, pepper.

Baked in a square tin 20cm*20cm. Sold as whole piece. Makes 4 generous sized focaccia sandwiches.
