Made of Wholegrain Milling Co's sustainable stoneground bakers flour, sustainable whole wheat flour, sustainable whole rye flour, salt and water, the fruit loaf is packed with crunchy walnuts and dried fruits - apricot, cranberries, raisins and black currents, with a smear of cinnamon sugar fillings.
Net weight 1kg. Sold as a loaf, not sliced.
Best consumed within 3 days from bake day.
This product is vegan friendly with simple ingredients of flour, water, dried fruits, walnutes and salt.

Made with a natual levain (flour and water) aka Sourdough starter, each bread goes through a 36 - 40 hour process before it reaches to your table. Slow fermentation allows the bread the opportunity to develop more flavour and nutrition from the simple ingredients of flour, water and salt. Free from all preversatives.
