Sourdough Olive & Herbs Loaf
Same dough as country and fruit loaves, made of sustainable stoneground bakers flour, wholewheat flour, and whole rye flour, with the inclusion of organic kalamata olives, rosemary, oregano, basil and lemon zest. This olive loaf is absolutely tasty and versatile at the same time.
This product is vegan friendly.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Made with a natual levain (flour and water) aka Sourdough starter, each bread goes through a 36 - 40 hour process before it reaches to your table. Slow fermentation allows the bread the opportunity to develop more flavour and nutrition from the simple ingredients of flour, water and salt. Free from all preversatives and additives.
This product is vegan friendly with simple ingredients of flour, water and salt.
