Want Sourdough but small size? These sourdough rolls are for you! Made of the same process, same dough as sourdough loaves, these rolls are about 1/4 size of a standard loaf (210-220 grams each). Perfect for snacks or a small meal.

Made with a natual levain (flour and water) aka Sourdough starter, each bread goes through a 36 - 40 hour process before it reaches to your table. Slow fermentation allows the bread the opportunity to develop more flavour and nutrition from the simple ingredients of flour, water and salt. Free from all preversatives and additives.
This product is vegan friendly with simple ingredients of flour, water and salt.
